DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION
To ensure the effective communication process among the members of the CTLI community, the following tools and resources will be used:

-
Telephone and Video Calling – This is by far the easiest way to ensure that information has been communicated to parties involved – administration-teachers, teacher-parents, teachers-students, administration-parents. These lines can be used by teacher to provide individual instructions to parents and students in a private and secure setting.

-
Text Messaging – This provides a good platform for sending announcements to both individuals and groups.

-
Email – Most parents and students already have emails and this pathway is ideal for sending information, instructions, and project assignments. It also provides an easy response system. Free email platforms like Google also support document-sharing, chats, and scheduling of meetings. Proper coordination with parents will be established for younger students in the use of email. Communication may be through their parents.

-
Web Conferencing – This has become more popular during the quarantine and CTLI will continue to take advantage of free platforms to do online classes. However, paid platforms, like Zoom Premium, GSuite and other Apps will also be purchased to facilitate more efficient online lectures and discussions.

-
Social Media – This is the fastest way to communicate. Administrators, teachers, parents, and most students already use social media – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. However, the challenge is some parents do not regularly check their accounts, thus, this platform has to be complimented with email and telephone calls. Most younger students are also restricted from having their own social media account, thus, proper coordination with the parents is needed.

-
Website – The CTLI website was put up to increase the web presence of the school and facilitate easy access to updated information.
SPIRITUAL SUPPORT SYSTEM
As a church ministry, CTLI gives emphasis to CHARACTER-BUILDING. The School of Tomorrow® system is distinctive in its inclusion of wisdom as a deliberate aspect of the learning process. Biblical values and concepts considered foundational to meaningful interpersonal relationships and productive living are conveyed throughout CTLI’s program in such a way as to become life-shaping influences. Character training received as a part of the learning experience prepares students to welcome and accept challenges and future opportunities that come their way. Thus, in the remote learning delivery, as in face-to-face classes, the following activities will continue:

-
Group Devotions handled by teachers through Zoom or other similar platforms.

-
Daily prayer time – with specific prayer requests (could be done individually or by online groups.)

-
Monthly Character Trait

-
Quarterly Praise or Worship Song

-
Monthly Scripture Memorization
