An online platform was put in place to ensure that there will be no physical registration taking place.

Information Dissemination
​
CTLI shall disseminate information on the Enrollment procedures through various channels – website, telephone calls, text messages, social media posts, and chat platforms. Social media posts aim to also reach new and transfer students.
​
Survey
​
The survey posted in CTLI Facebook Page started on May 23 to determine the technology-capability of homes. Registration will start on June 1. The aim of the registration and survey is three-fold:

To facilitate online enrollment.

To create a new database on the Student Information from the collected information.
​

To determine the digital and internet capability of each household to implement the Remote Learning Center at home.

Our responsibility is to contact all those who registered and guide them through to the completion of enrollment.
Enrollment and Documentary Requirements

Payments of fees may be done through online platforms – bank-to-bank transfer, bank deposit, and GCash.
​
Documentary requirements shall be received digitally through email or chat platforms. Cognizant of the fact that accessing documents during the pandemic may be difficult, grace period is extended beyond the usual deadline for submission.
DISTRIBUTION OF INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS
All self-learning materials and textbooks needed by learners shall be made available before the official start of the school year.
Standards will be followed in the handling of materials to ensure that these are sanitized and properly packed. Parents have two options in getting the instructional materials:

Delivery services with minimal fee (Outsourced delivery)

Personal pick-up at the school office - For the second option, strict compliance to the requirements of IATF and DOH will be observed through social distancing.
